CBD at Night vs Morning – Which is Best?

Let's first start with a brief overview of how CBD affects us. It all comes down to the endocannabinoid system, which is responsible for regulating super important functions like appetite, sleep, memory, pain management, immune response and overall mood. AKA it controls many aspects of our health and well-being and basically promotes biological harmony. When absorbed into the bloodstream, CBD can boost and build up naturally occurring endocannabinoids in the system, further helping to establish vital balance throughout the body and mind.

Generally speaking, the ideal time for using CBD greatly depends on your personal lifestyle. Remember, too, that the full effects of CBD can take up to 60 minutes before you “feel” them and can remain in the body after that for up to 12 hours.
